1.Have basic understanding on sales order processing to sales collections including the need to collect the revant SAFE (电子底单)documents from customers. 2.Need to work with exiting CSR(客服代表) to understand what SAFE documents are lacking and made direct contact customers to request their assistant. 3.Be a part of the team who will provide a recommended best practice to the company to mitigate such occurrence in futrue. 1.Universith degree or Diplomas, courteous, ability to handle difficult customers, persistence, and resourceful. 2.Can do, will do and do well attitude. |
