report to German headquarters and lead a team of 5+ persons in the Shanghai office，responsible for growth and development of Shanghai office，fully responsible for the P/L of the Shanghai Sourcing office，develop sourcing strategies and assure implementation，explore new business opportunities and cost saving process‘，manage the QA and QC operations to achieve the best quality standards, on time delivery and cost effectiveness，coordinate with suppliers and factories in the PRC for optimal production schedules and shipments，degree holder in business, engineering or related discipline，eager and experienced in developing and growing a business，fsix years or more in sourcing and QC operations in PRC,，proven track record in cost reduction，good leadership skills in driving / influencing others to meet company objectives，general knowledge of I/E practices, trade customs and other requirements for North America and Europe markets，good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills，fluent in German and Chinese and an understanding of English of English，self-motivated, proactive and good at figures，willing to travel frequently，team player.
