建筑师/建筑设计师职位说明及要求

-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) -Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) -Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent -5-7 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design， Documentation and Project Management -A high level of proficiency in the following software(candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills) oAUTOCAD 2003/2004 oADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop， Illustrator， InDesign， Acrobat) oMICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word， Excel， Powerpoint) -Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage -Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential -A thorough and well developed understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential -Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage
