| Global Procurement Global Procurement is responsible for selecting， managing and developing the supply base for hardware， software and services for Nokia Siemens Networks， and for the management of material execution with factories， outbound hubs and direct customer deliveries. In addition， Global Procurement brings the respective sourcing expertise to the product concept and development projects. Working closely with functional and business unit leadership， Global Procurement pursues sustainable reductions in the total cost of items and services purchased， ensures required capacity and supplier integration; and drives simultaneous improvements in the quality， competitiveness and service levels of the supply base. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: At Global Procurement we are looking for a Competence Development (CoDe) Consultant to coordinate and develop competence development activities including learning solution creation and management， induction process development and CoDe Communication. As a CoDe Consultant you will be responsible to plan and develop competence development activities in Global Procurement in order to provide support to line managers and employees， to help in fulfilling their business goals and responsibilities by enhancing their competencies. Key task areas: You provide professional expertise to implement， deliver and improve learning solutions. You work closely with Academy and external vendors in organising the development and delivery of training， evaluation of solutions and contributing to improving existing solutions. You communicate CoDe activities to our line managers and employees. You ensure and support the implementation and communication of HRD processes. You are responsible for the updates of our CoDe intranet and newsletter. REQUIREMENTS: You have a Master‘s degree， 3-5 years working experience and background in competence or organizational development. You preferably have an educational background in adult education， organizational psychology or relevant field. You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. You have good team working and networking skills but are able to work independently and in virtual teams. You have good presentation， facilitation and negotiation skills and are knowledgeable in information seeking. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: You are a result-driven team player. You are able to work under tight schedules with service minded approach. You have an analytical and problem solving oriented approach with flexible and open-minded attitude. You have a strong personal interest in developing your professional competencies and skills. You enjoy working in a cross-cultural environment and are willing to travel.
