| Requirement: At least 3 years‘ experience on Tele-Communication Network Planning and Optimization or At least 5 years‘ experience on related fields. The backgound in the below areas are preferred: PS core or IP or Application or Radio. Bachelor or Master Degree. Fluent in English. Location: Any location in BeiJing， FuZhou， GuangZhou， HangZhou， HeFei， KunMing， Shanghai， ZhengZhou Task Description: Provide the professional network planning and optimization service to NSN customer Design the network architech and network scale for Tele-Communication Network Operator. Deliver the proposal and present to operators in consultive way. Provide the detailed planning for Tele-Communication equipment. Understand the network performance report and analysis the factors affecting the performance Improve network performance by optimization and fullfill NSN customer‘s requirement |
