Job Description: Partners with account sales and resellers to provide pre-sales technical assistance, in order to secure sales of target industry Creates industry solution selling contents and sales toolkits, including presentations, demo scripts and tech documents that can be used by the account sales in a typical sales process. Provides active support on industry expertise to Product Application Engineers (PAE) providing industry analysis and solution proposal. Support the success of Autodesk industry resellers by mentoring and training their personnel on sales/tech demonstrations, Autodesk solution proposal, etc. Propose Autodesk industry solutions and relate them directly to the customer’ business goals/issues. Provides technical support and communicates product features/benefits in pre-sales situations. Provides active support on product expertise for marketing events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and seminars. Drive industry customer success and create metrics and recommend for industry customer reference stories Assist with driving customer satisfaction to ensure renewal business from key accounts Job Requirement: Bachelor degree in Architectural, Civil, or MEP Engineering; Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit Series (Arch/Stru/MEP), Civil 3D, etc.; 3+ years working Experience in architecture or engineering industry, Prefer to have the experience on the pre-sales technical support of CAD software; Good communication skill and team work ability |
