| QualitySupervisor职位说明及要求 | |
Major Functions: 1.Need to ensure compliance with all business, labor, and environmental regulations, and have knowledge of the relevant regulations; 2.need to develop an effective NPI process in conjunction with technical and product development personals in Thailand compounding facility; 3.needs to be responsible for the compliance of NPI process to ensure the quick and successful launch of new products in our plant in Suzhou; 4.The QM will be responsible to maintain the highest product quality; 5.The QM will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of lab staff including lab technician and quality engineer; 6.The QM will need to champion ISO QS9001/TS 16949 quality accreditation in conjunction with the Production Manager and other members of the Management Team. Qualification and Experience: 1.Knowledge and skills to develop & implement ISO/TS system; 2.Knowledge of plastic related Lab Equipment; 3.Knowledge and experience on new product introduction process; 4.Understanding of quality metrics; 5.Knowledge and practical experience of Continuous Improvement; 6.Knowledge and skills in QA/QC Problem Solving Techniques; 7.Strong Safety awareness; 8.Knowledge and practical skills of Statistical Process Control; 9.Ability to manage team activities; 10.University degree in Polymer related subjects; 11.Minimum 5 years experience in FIEs; 12.Good communication skills in English and Chinese. |
