| Legal/PatentCounsel职位说明及要求 | |
Job Description: \For Legal: - Provide legal advice on general legal issues and queries raised by various departments within the group; - Draft and review for a very wide variety of legal documents; - Identifying,supervising and coordinating with the outside counsel on litigation or arbitration matters; - Handling labour litigation or arbitration cases; - Providing legal training to company staff. \For IP: - Patent administration;including patent filling,portfolio management; - Provide support in patent opinion/analysis work; - Perform technical patent analysis,and prepare related presentations(e.g. claim-charts); - Work with internal teams and outside counsel. \Other Decriptions: - Need occasional travel to overseas; - Other ad hoc assignments. Requirement: - Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science,with 1-2 years work experience - Good command of written & verbal English - Good interpersonal skills,able to work independently,responsible and with initiative to learn and grow - Willing to travel(1-2 days a week travel to HK,and occasional travel to overseas) |
