| Account Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description: 1.Sales performance 1) Achieve X+1 plans; 2) Key Account Management; 3) Payment collection; 4) Deliver total customer satisfaction 2. New business development 1) Boost sales in target markets; 2) Identify potential new market opportunties for China sales 3. Marketing intelligence 1) Collect and anylyze market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends 2) Study target market 3) Assist the marketing dept on market survey 4. Application support 1) Deliver application knowledge to distributors and users 2) Provide technical support as needed on site 5. Distributor management 1) Channel management 2) Distributor training and oversight Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering or technical field 2. Full fluency in written and spoken English 3. Min 5 years working experience in B to B sales; Proven experience in exploring and developing new markets; Distributor management experience is plus 4. Very strong communication skills -written and oral 5. High ethical standards, good time management skills, highly motivated, market insight, ability to coordinate with global colleagues to identify market opportunities 6. Willing to Travel: 50-75% of working time |
