| Overall Role Purpose Provide meaningful information that allows area management team to understand and influence the future direction of the business through rigorous performance reporting， monitoring and analysis. In conjunction with the other area analysts， to work to identify performance gaps and initiate appropriate improvement response to address the issues 通过对销售业绩的严格监控、分析及产生销售业绩报告，提供有意义的信息，帮助区域管理层去了解并疏通将来的业务管理方向。与区域其他分析师合作，确定业绩方面的差距，发现问题并采取相应的改进措施 Accountabilities Provide company management with regular Sales performance reports and analysis across all Sales channels 定期为公司管理层提供所有渠道的销售业绩报告和分析 Provide company management with regular biz-related economic and industry development reports 定期为公司管理层提供与业务发展有关的社会经济和行业发展报告 Organize and implement training to enhance analysis competency of station Sales analyst 组织并实施培训以增强分支机构销售支持的分析能力 Provide professional functional expertise and support to the EA Sales & Marketing Manager and other functional Managers in order to facilitate strategic management of the business and to support area Sales programs 为区域市场销售经理及其它区域市场销售部的职能经理提供专业技能方面的支持，为管理战略的贯彻提供便利和促进，为区域销售项目提供支持 Provide Sales data and analysis to area and station departments as their requests 根据要求，为区域、分支机构其他部门提供销售数据和分析 Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions 该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员，但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动 Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求 Strong planning， consultative and problem solving skills 有较强的计划、磋商和解决问题的能力 Be skillful in Office applications 熟练使用应用办公软件 Communication skills， spoken and written 沟通技能，口语和书面写作 Presentation skills 演讲技能 Database skills 数据库技能 Ability to handle large quantities of data 处理大量数据的能力 At least 1 year experience in a sales analysis role 至少从事销售分析工作一年 Working experience in express industry (preferable) 有快递行业工作背景的优先 Degree in Business 商业本科学历 |
