| General Manager Assistant职位说明及要求 | |
| To provide secretarial, administrative and clerical support to Group General Manager of Skechers China, including: 1. Travel and other logistic arrangements, and preparation of travel expense claims after GM‘s business trips; 2. Organize meetings, liaise with clients and other regional office staff before and after the meetings; meeting room set-up and any catering arrangement if necessary; 3. Received phone call on behalf of the GM. This includes taking messages and acting on or following up on those messages when necessary, as well as setting up conference calls when required; 4. Handle daily correspondences, minutes, reports and other documents, including preparation of the client presentation materials and proposals. 5. Supervise and assist in all special /AD hoc projects as delegated by GM, and assist department executives in the execution of such projects. Requirements: 1. University graduate preferred with formal secretarial training; 2. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin; 3. High proficient computer skills and detail-orientated in daily work; 4. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact with different level of people, with a sense of internal customer focus, and is a team player; 5. Conscientious and mature and able to work independently and reliable (Need to hand over a Chinese-English resume) |
