Key Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and KEY RESULTS
Workshop safety management:
1) Responsible for the process safety establishment and its implementation.
2) Lead and follow up EHS536 improvements in workshop.
Process technology:
1) Set up a process team (process， QC and production related) to set up plant process procedures， targets and continues improvements activities with progress review.
2) Ensure present production processing smoothly with validated routines， history records and attentions.
3) Lead the team to study our process equipment， ensure equipment‘s MI， effectiveness and efficiency. And may lead process equipment modification and evaluation.
4) Lead new product scale up issues， rework management， bad actor elimination， and cooperate with global technical team to ensure a smooth product transfer from other plants.
5) Conduct process technology study among process team.
6) Conduct process technology training to QC and production team， and ensure the whole team improve their professional skills.
7) Conduct good data statistics， and manage the data in a scientific way.
8) Involve in (learning and contribution) PC global best practise team activity.
Requirements
1) Fluent in Chinese and English in both verbal and written forms.
2) Strong communication skills with logical idea.
3) College degree or higher in chemical engineering， chemical mechanism， chemistry， material engineering， supply chain or other related fields.
4) About 5 years working experiences in chemical process technology， manufacturing management or supply chain management.
5) Knowledge of SAP， ERP， MRPⅡ or supply chain management is a plus
6) Potential leadership skills， Management and organization skills， interpersonal skills， being passionate and process oriented. Six sigma green belt or black belt certification a plus.
7) Strong learning capability and problem solving skills. Hard working.
