Job Responsibilities:

The overall objective of this position is to provide critical analytical support for decisions concerning shopper behavior and merchandizing. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Generate analytical report based on sales data. Provide advice and suggestion with professional conclusion for clients.

2. Design and execute data analysis to support decision making

3. Consolidate and clean data from various sources

4. Coordinate necessary support in database and analytical techniques

5. Generalize and organize main analytic methods used

Qualifications:

职位要求：

1. Capable of critical thinking， enjoy problem solving， and possess strong curiosity for new knowledge

1. 能批判性思维，喜欢解决问题，对新知识/新事物有好奇心

2. Excellent communication and reporting skills

2. 良好的沟通与报告能力

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or data mining， preferably in the retail industry； Sensitive to data is mandatory
3. 在数据分析、数据挖掘方面有至少2年的经历，有零售业的相关经历者优先；同时对数据敏感

4. Advanced experience in using Excel， Access， and SPSS or SAS; Working knowledge of relational database models preferred

5. University graduates with bachelor or higher degrees， preferably in Marketing， Mathematics， Statistics， Operational Research， Economics or any degree with quantitative components
