| IE工业工程师职位说明及要求 | |
Job Responsibilities - 1: Raise company profit through optimizing capacity vs. product mix， and fully utilize capacity 1.To define and maintain EQ type naming 2.To define manufacturing standard and equipment throughput capability 3.To identity equipment list and optimized product mix based upon the profit/revenue/output maximization 4.To assist in the guardian of EQ PR 5.To develop static capacity model for long term capacity plan， and identify bottleneck and backup plan 6.To develop dynamic capacity model for 6M capacity rolling forecast， and identify bottleneck and backup plan 7.To continuously monitor and improve Fab productivity and overall equipment efficiency 8.To support the business plan， investment and expansion project， annual and budget plan， production plan， cost analysis activities and supply chain management Job Responsibilities - 2 To assistant expansion project， e.g. layout planning/drawing， FSIM maintain， move-in /floor checking 1.To initiate， implement & monitor equipment layout to support the long-term and short-term business plans and strategies a)To initiate the from-to table based on provided process flows and product mix. b)To initiate the equipment layout based on from-to study. c)To implement and maintain the layout. d)To set-up schematic drawing database. e)To co-work on the fab space management. f)To define and manage CAD files. g)To co-work on facility system design. 2.To set up and sustain clean room equipment move-in task. 3.To sustain FSIM database to make sure all data in FSIM database is the most updated and without serious mistake. 4.To coordinate expansion project team to meet expansion target. 5.To manage EQ central database Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree or above in Industrial Engineering， Business Administration， Management Science， and IT are preferred. 2.Above 1 year relevant experience is a plus 3.Familiar with Visual Basic and Auto-CAD 4.Professional industrial engineering knowledge 5.Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English 6.Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills |
