| MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing T3 technical support through ECC process for DX200 based Nokia SGSN. Handling support requests assigned via Electra tool and acting as a link between front-end customer support personnel (SBU) and Product Creation (R&D). Participating in special projects (e.g. customer pilots) and in troubleshooting activities which require remote or on-site support REQUIREMENTS: - Good knowledge of mobile packet core networks, especially SGSN experience is recommended - Familiar with 2G and 3G networks - IP networks knowledge - Good troubleshooting skills - Fluent in english, both written and spoken - Willng to travel PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: - Active and independent attitude in the way of working - Team working skills - Flexibility - Desire to learn new things BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION: NSN/COO/SCA/MIC TS China provides product support services for Nokia SGSN, FlexiISN and GGSN products. |
