Responsibilities 1.Sales (Brand Focused) Collect Account POS Data Process the Sales Data into Key Account Report Tracks Facilitate Key Account Managers in monitoring sales build tracks: New Product Growth Improved Service Growth New Store Growth Merchandising Improvement Growth Promotion Growth Set Up Key Account KPI reports and provide to the National Key Account Manager 2a. Trade Spend Planning Support the Key Account Managers in undertaking the Key Account Trade Spend Planning Provide Consolidated Trade Spend Plans to the National Key Account Manager Provide Consolidated SAC for communication to the national sales team. Maintain up to date record of Key Account Trade Spend Plans including: Trade Terms & Contracts Promotion Plans SAC Special Display Maintain details of agreed account pricing policy. 2b. Trade Spend Execution Trade Spend Plans execution support –review and tracking reports Trade Spend Plans monitoring, reporting, follow up and evaluation. 2c. Trade Spend Control Period review of trade spends for the account with a summary provided in the period report. 3.Promotion Ensure that promotions undertaken in the trade as per the agreed promotion standards Review/ Reporting/ Communication and Coaching of the field team to improve execution of promotions. 4a.Communication (Internal) Senior Field sales communication & follow up City Sales communication & follow up Trade Marketing communication Marketing Communication & follow up Logistics Communication & follow up Finance Communication & follow up Key Account Team Communication Period reporting to the business – Account Report Consolidation. Communication Point of KA to Field. 4b. Communication (External) Sales Data Collection Assist Key Account Manager on following up with each account on contract compliance issues Assist Key Account Manager to liase with external 3rd parities in setting up special display proposals, promoter management and merchandising compliance. 5.Market & Competitor Intelligence Period report on field market activities – promotion ideas, pricing comparisons, new products launches, merchandising developments. |
