REQUIREMENTS: Experience: -Background with operations, depots and/or container repair services or other related fields for a minimum of 4 years, of which minimum 2 years in a managerial position. -Extensive knowledge and connection in Fujian markets. -University degree, preferably in business management, logistics, maritime or port operations. Skills: -Strong leadership and management competencies. -Creative, self-motivated and be able to motivate others. -Good ability to communicate with management and colleagues; interpersonal skills. -Strong analytical skills and drive for success. -Good focus on quality and able to apply appropriate measurements to monitor operational efficiency. -Fluent and written and spoken English and Mandarin. -Always comply with Company policies, values, missions and vision. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Head and be overall responsible for Container Services in Xiamen and be an active member of the Container Services Operation Team. -Optimize return on capital invested and return on equity and long-term growth of CS in Xiamen. -Assist to develop strategies for the direction and administration of CS business activities in Xiamen, including operation management, sales, customer services, materials management, tool engineering, cost estimation, product engineering, manpower control and technical services to meet the objectives of the company based on corporate and department goals and policies. -Develop and execute business plans and department objectives in line with the strategies. -Translate and cascade department objectives into individual KPI in his team. -Day to day management of CS in Xiamen including operations, production, human resources, commercial, sales, customer service and budget compliance/performance. |
