IT Engineer(base in Fuyong)职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:

1.Performs the installation， repair， and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems..

2.Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers

3.Implement PC & IT related equipment inventory control

4.Support production lines including shop floor client system， industrial printers， network ，5S etc

5.Helpdesk reconstruct， process deploy.

6.Label printer/scanner maintenance.

7.Customer & end user technical support.

8.Assists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements

Requirements:

1.Requires Bachelor degree， minimum of 1 years of related experience and training，

2.Some knowledge of LAN/WAN systems， networks ，general voice communication systems and applications.

3.Ability to read， analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.

4.Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups
