| Test Engineer(Line Support)职位说明及要求 | |
| RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Continues improvement plan on First pass yield. 2) Test equipment setup and maintenance with test development team and NPI team. 3) Downtime reduction plan. 4) Line changeover on schedule. 5) Test capacity study and make improvement proposal to test development supervisor and test manager. 6) Assure test engineers and technicians are trained to troubleshoot test equipment. 7) Provide and prepare relate work instruction for each test station. 8) Provide training for the test operator. 9) Make sure the test operator are trained to use test equipment. 10) Verify the master device when programmable part is used. 11) Product and knowledge transfer from NPI team from PP to Mass production. Requirement: 1) PCBA and Box Build test management experience 2) New product introduction experience 3) >2 years test engineering management experience. 4) Self motivated with minimum supervision to lead a team of engineers and technicians. 5) Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin. |
