| 工艺工程师（Process Engineer）职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description 1、 实施新工艺(Implement new process) 为了确保新工艺的实施，通过制定工艺文件和实操技能培训，实现新工艺在生产中执行(with the establishment of processed document and training of operating skill， make sure new process be implemented in production)。 2、 确定生产流程(confirmation of producing flow) 为了保持高效率的生产，根据生产方式、品质计划书、EWI、BOM等工程资料，确定生产流程及设备(according to producing method， quality plan， EWI， BOM or other engineering document， confirm the producing flow and relative equipment ， ensure the high efficiency of production). 3、 评估生产人员计划(evaluate the needed numbers of workers) 为了降低人工成本，根据生产计划、设备和人员效率，确定最有效的人员编制(in order to decrease the cost of manpower， basing on producing plan， equipment and workers’ efficiency， evaluate the most efficient plan of manpower). 4、 维护PP master data(maintain PP master data) 为了PC合理安排生产，根据工时研究和设备能力评估，对SAP中PP master data进行按时维护，建立工时数据库(to help PC arrange production schedule reasonably ，maintain PP master data in SAP in time， in terms of time study and assessment of equipment capacity and set up standard time database) 。 5、制程优化(optimize process) 为了提高生产效率，通过研究现有生产线资源，提出合理、可行的改善方案。(analyzing existing production resources， figure out a reasonable and feasible method to optimize process). Requirement: 1.一年电子厂相关工作经验one year work experience in electronic factory 2.大学本科学历，电子相关专业Bachelor holder in electronics |
