Main responsibility 1. Implement the sales strategy as instructed by his Management and assists Manager in establishing the strategies. 2. Responsible for the Project follow up in the specific territory of China and especially in Nanjing. 3. Establish relations with Architects, Owners, Developers, Frame makers, and advises them on the use of the glass products both from local and overseas factories within the group. 4. Promote and sells the glass products on behalf of all the factories with the group. 5. Follow up the projects completely, from the quotation, the negotiations, the order intake, the coordination with the factories till the completion of the project including after-sales service. 6. Collect all useful market information concerning, market evolutions, technical standard evolutions, competition, new products, prices, etc. and reports to his management about it. 7. Establish friendly relations based on fruitful collaboration with his colleagues from Shanghai, Nanjing, and Qingdao, Beijing and Shenzhen offices and works according to the rules established by the management. 8. Establish a weekly activity report and submits it to his manager latest every Monday morning. 9. Update, in collaboration with the sales administration person, monthly the project follow up list and the order list. Requirements 1. University Degree in Business administration or a related discipline 2. At least three years of work experience in Sales, preferably industrial goods 3. Native Mandarin Speaker, good written and spoken English 4. Very good IT skills in basic MS office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 5. Capability to work on multiple projects in international settings on a tight deadline 6. Good communication and presentation skills 7. Willingness to listen and learn 8. Willingness to travel |
