| InspectionEngineers检验工程师职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: -Plan and carry out timely and comprehensive inspections on conditions of fixed equipment/piping via on stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities. -Advise Lead Inspector and/or Inspection Manager and Business team of the inspection program status, findings and recommendations so that appropriate actions can be taken to resolve the corrosion problem and ensuring safe and continuous operation of the equipment. -Investigate equipment failure and recommend the most cost-effective method for repair and material selection to affected equipment. -Provide quality assurance to project/construction and maintenance works in compliance with applicable Industry Codes, Standards and Specifications. -Maintain effective working relationships and communication with the Business team and Engineers to work towards a common objective of eliminating or minimizing materials/corrosion problems in the plant. -Constantly keep abreast with the latest development in inspection/materials and Corrosion Technology through inter-affiliate technology transfer and MCI/FE (Materials, Corrosion and Inspection - Fixed Equipment) network communications and meetings. -Maintain an effective Inspection data Management System and filing system in your area of responsibility with periodic reviews/updates. -Continuously update the EMSR (Existing Materials Suitability Review) and fixed equipment ES (Equipment Strategy) for each business unit in order to ensure fixed equipment reliability. Requirements: -A good Degree in Mechanical/Materials Engineering from a recognized university. -At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the petrochemical industry. -Basic knowledge and the use of computer skills, such as Office is required. -Team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills. |
