| R&MEngineer（设备工程师）（此职位工作地点江苏常州）职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: 1) Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products. 2) Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. 3) Keeps current on equipment manufacturers‘ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. 4) Studies equipment performance and reliability. 5）Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. 6) Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. 7) Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Qualification: 1) B.S. degree or above. 2) Above 5 Years of experience in electro mechanical equipment maintenance and knowledge of PLC/ AutoCAD, ISO9001 and TS16949. 3) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking. |
