职位描述 Mission: - Manage Purchaser Team through Very Strong Functional Management skill - Develops the Quality System to ensures high Quality reputation for products/process - Manages the Quality performance of the Team - Develops, implements and maintains Quality inspection plans and procedures, and defines the performance indicators - Identifies internal Quality problems and ensures corrections - Organizes the audits in the suppliers (Quality Audit, Social Audit and Lab Audit) - Improves the Quality performance of suppliers 职位要求 Profile: -Bachelor Degree in an appropriate engineering with relevant experience in QA managerial position. -Knowledge of Quality Management Principles and practice and produce reliability concepts - Previous functional management experience will be a plus -Familiar with ISO quality system and SA8000. -Familiar with various quality measuring tools -Good communication skill and team working spirit -Able to travel frequently in China -Accept to work in other location in the future -Like sports - Fluent in English, French will be a plus; good computer skill 工作地点 Location：青岛Qingdao 报名方式 Contact： If you are a sports lover and would like to develop your career with your sports interests together, please send your motivation letter, CV and a recent photo to: recruitment.northchina@decathlon.com |
