Responsibilities职责: -To manage the activities of production process team -To set the objectives for the team -To create all the needed manufacturing processes in QMD to produce the engines parts -To promote new ideas, improvement, new techniques -To ensure an efficient way of working and a good flow in the factory -To reduce the lead time and defects on parts -管理生产工艺团队的工作 -为团队工作设立目标 -为QMD生产发动机配件制定所有必需的生产工艺（焊接，机加工，装配） -倡导创新，进步和新技术 -确保工厂能够高效有序运转 -缩短交货时间，提高交货质量 Requirements要求: -Bachelor of Mechanical or Production Engineering -Work experience in production process; good knowledge about the machining, casting, welding and assembly process in production methods with at least 3 years in supervisor position -Knowledge in heavy industry, understands manufacturing of bigger parts -Proficient computer skills in operating ERP system -Good command of spoken and written English is a must -机械或生产工程学士学位 -有生产工艺方面工作经验；熟悉机床加工，铸造，焊接和装配流程的生产方法；至少有3年主管工作经验 -有重工业行业工作经验，懂得大型零部件的生产制造 -熟练运用ERP操作系统 -熟练的英文听说读写能力 |
