| ProjectManager职位说明及要求 | |
Requirements: 1. College or above graduate in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Business Management or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 2 years in managerial position. Strong leadership skills like change management, problem solving skills, being an Integrative thinker, negotiation skills, presentation skill, and being a team Player. 3. Process standardization, Plastics and metal part knowledge. Supplier management, Materials management knowledge, Project management, Fluent verbal & written English, Cost analysis. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for program management from quotation to mass production 2. Responsible to facilitate timely product delivery & meeting of customer commitments (eg. production, RMA) 3. Works with functional managers to assure projects are adequately resourced 4. Drives the transition to manufacturing & product release 5. Prioritizes projects based on quarterly revenue impact and works with Planning to meet revenue targets 6. Regularly & clearly reports status to management, and proposes actions for improvement 7. Provides quarterly product cost updates and cost reduction initiatives 8. Assure accurate accounting of all engineering and other projects unique expenses Interface with customers 9. Develop & maintain positive team-work environment, and fosters a creative problem solving environment 10. Performance measured on ‘satisfaction‘ of the Customer Service and Product Management organization. |
