• Focus on compressor sub-function sustaining, including L1 management and BOM maintain. Participation & coordination of global L2 projects. New sub-function design and new component development. Daily tasks & problem-solving within product area. Key Tasks • Responsible for compressor sub-function (Starfire) sustaining work, including L1/L2 management and BOM maintenance. • Participation and coordination of L2 and L3 project. • Product activities including initial sample qualification, product samples, product expertizing, etc. • Participation in cost reduction activities. • Daily activities around product with considerable input. Participation in new product industrialization projects. Qualifications • Master/Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration, strong knowledge compressor or sub-function design and process, skills in communication and team work. • Good on Project management skill, at least 3 years working experience linked to related area. • Familiar with FMEA is preferred. • Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
