高级物业顾问经理SeniorPropertyManager职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
-Reporting to CD office GM.
-Assist GM to handle the overall management of Chongqing new property portfolio.
-Team building and supervision.
-Budget management and P&L responsibility for the developer and the CQ office.
Major Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma holder,preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines.
-Minimum 5 years‘ management experience in different types of high end properties.
-Good service concept,excellent communication,supervision and interpersonal skills.
-Be familiar with the rules and regulations of property management in China market.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin are desirable.
-Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Property Manager.
