| 交流/培训官员Communication/trainingofficer职位说明及要求 | |
交流/培训官员直接向PSI中国项目技术支持副主任报告。他/她将通过开发信息宣教（IEC）材料和培训等活动对整个中国项目在行为改变交流策略方面提供技术支持。同时，他/她还应确保项目运作和管理层有效沟通， 并且管理层能够及时获得项目相关信息。除具备相关学历及工作经验外，应聘人需具备出色的协调能力及人际沟通技巧。PSI不鼓励划分等级的行为，要求所有员工在工作岗位上积极主动，强调各职能部门间相互合作配合。 具体工作职责Responsibilities： 项目方面Programs related 1. Develop IEC materials to support the implementation of all PSI/China’s social marketing campaigns in its HIV prevention program and malaria program. 开发项目所需的IEC材料，支持PSI艾滋病和疟疾预防项目执行其社会营销和行为改变策略。 2. Identify knowledge and skills gap of the teams. 发现确定项目人员的知识和技能缺口 3. Design appropriate training program in conjunction with IEC materials设计合适的培训课程以及IEC材料 4. Train the outreach team to make use of IEC materials properly and effectively convey the designed key message. 培训外展团队确保IEC材料合理使用并有效的传达主要信息 5. Monitor and evaluate outreach team communication effectiveness toward target 督导和评估外展团队与目标人群交流的有效性 6. Compile PSI/China’s core training modules 汇编PSI中国项目的培训资料 产品方面Product related 1. Assist product marketing team to achieve the coverage expansion of our target populations 协助市场部门开展培训以提高产品在高危人群中的覆盖率 2. Introduce PSI products and train partner NGOs or government health sectors推广PSI产品并对NGO以及政府卫生部门等合作单位进行培训 3. Ensure the right product proposition and usage 确保产品的介绍和使用说明正确无误 4. Plan out training activities toward partners as well as direct targets on a quarterly basis with research team 和调研部共同策划针对合作伙伴和目标人群的培训活动 对外交流方面Communication and External Affairs related 1. Communicates effectively about PSI/China activities through various channels (website, newsletters, others), to a variety of audiences (general public, donors, partners, other audiences). This includes ensuring that creative briefs, ensuring that donors get credited properly, ensuring that PSI China "disseminates" appropriately to various audiences, etc.) 通过各种渠道针对不同受众（大众人群，捐赠方等， 合作单位等）有效地进行PSI在中国开展的活动。 2. Works closely with the research team to have access at all times to up-to-date program-related and AIDS-related research, in order to keep senior management informed. Also keeps an eye on other consumer or societal research relevant to the program. 与调研部密切合作更新项目及艾滋病相关信息，以及搜集与目标人群相关的调研资料。 3. Other tasks as assigned协助完成首席代表和副主任安排的其他工作 要求Qualifications: 1. University degree in communications, social studies or management 传播学、社会学或管理学的相关学历 2. Strong management and coordination skills良好的管理和协调能力 3. Three years or more relevant work experiences in NGOs, media or other organizations在其他NGO、媒体或其他机构有3年以上相关工作经历 4. Understanding of Social Marketing, Behavior Change Communication and interest in public health issues 理解社会营销和行为改变交流的理念，对公共卫生问题感兴趣 5. Dedication to help vulnerable groups 愿意为高危/脆弱人群服务 6. Good team working spirit and ability to cope with deadlines and multi-tasks良好的团队合作精神，能够在要求的期限内完成多项工作 7. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese良好的中、英文沟通能力 |
