Associate Producer职位说明及要求

Location: Shanghai

Job Duties:

· Liaises between internal operation groups and licensees to complete projects and provide an information conduit which improves communication， organization and accountability

· Works with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.

· Coordinates and manages task-able personnel from the partners and outsourced vendors to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.

· Provides motivation and direction to ensure that project goals， objectives， milestones， and deliverables are achieved.

· Provides information and insight of the region to executives via periodic reports and presentations

· Contributes to a positive work environment.

· Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Excellent follow-up skills.

· Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.

· Experience managing resources and schedules.

· Experience delivering products on time.

· Knowledge of project management

· Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative.

Plusses:

· Experience with web site creation and management

· Passion for games
