SC&A\/RA\/OSS\/BBA\/IPT - Global Care Center:Technical Support Engineer职位说明及要求
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide the internal and external customer with accurate solutions for tickets/cases, based on in depth analysis, in the agreed timeframe with high quality to ensure “first time right”.
- To support China mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong for 2G and 3G network. - Ticket handling: Analyze the escalated customer tickets, provide solutions to CIT/customer, escalate to TS in case solution not possible, provide information to TS for further handling.
- Fault reproduction: check if the trouble tickets are reproducible on the Test bed, collect additional symptoms and verify the solution provided by higher levels.
- Follow up the tickets: ensure proper follow-up actions and issue regular update reporting
- Emergency handling: take over the role of the technical responsible of the case until the problem is solved or ticket is escalated to the TS.
- Symptom saving, detailed traces & log file analysis
- Local CIT/customer support: field activities (customer acceptance tests, trials, pilot projects,..) ( on request).
- SSM tender support: preparation, evaluate technical issues (on request).
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skill
- Specific system architecture : Expert
- System interfaces & protocols : Expert
- Trace & logfile analysis tools : Expert
- Installation & commissioning : Expert
- Measuring equipment (depending on the product line)
- Good inter-personal relation ship and team work
Additional : Bachelor degree or above. Ready to travel worldwide, good English (in spoken and written) , ready to support EMCY rota on a 24/7 basis.
Professional experience should have 4 years minimum and at least 2 years involved in customer projects, CSI and/or Network Implementation activities, customer acceptance, trial & pilot projects. More advance for intercultural experience at least 2 years.
