AccountSupervisor职位说明及要求

工作地点：深圳盐田，有班车接送

Position Summary

This position has primary accountability for leading the Operation Team to manage Customers’ PO to ensure freight be moved to the right place and at the right time.

II.Primary Accountabilities
-Provide quality customer service to customers/vendors through timely and proper communication.
-Establish work plan/process for the team and problem solving on daily operation issues.
-Manage Carrier Allocation based on customer’s instruction or IFS space control guidelines as well as securing space equipment from Carriers by accurate & timely forecast/booking.
-Manage implementation of new programs and provide update/training to team members on new requirements or policies to ensure instructions are followed.
-Monitor Key Process Indicator (KPI) on LP to ensure committed services are met. Clear up daily exception reports.
-Ensure accurate billing to customers/vendors and payment to suppliers (forwarders/carriers).

III. Minimum Requirements

-College graduate or above, prior 3-4 years working experience in shipping or logistics field .
-Supervision or management experience is preferred
-Good communication skills, both Mandarin and Cantonese.
-Good command of written/spoken English
-Good PC workstation skills in Windows/Excel/Word
-Willing to work overtime in week days and holidays
-Can work in Yantian
