Mission: - Act as an intermediary in the management of the team and the Company strategies. - Provide efficient support on recruitment, which include optimize recruitment channel and provide consulting to junior managers for interviews. - Responsible for staffing management (i.e. employment registration and close contact with relavent staffing agency). - Responsible for training organization, to organize training in right time to right person. - Keep track of salary policy to ensure the internal salary scheme is match with market level. - Responsible for office environment, security and maintenance. - Company meetings and activities organization. - Follow up the expatriate visa, passport, apartment rental, mobile payment...etc - Shuttle bus, car & business traveling arrangement - Administration team management Profile: - Sports enthusiast. - Autonomous, rigorous, be responsible and friendly, details-orientedlike challenges and have a strong sense of integrity. - Good at expression, communication & coordination. - At least 2 years relative experience in an international company, have strong competence in Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, or Training. - Fluent in written & spoken English,French is a plus. - Able to travel frequently - Bachelor degree |
