| ProductEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
1.与指定客户的技术和业务人员保持联系。确定产品应用的商机包含在客户开发项目中 Maintain liaison with assigned customer technical and commercial personnel. Identify opportunities for product applications within the customer development programs. 2.确定和跟踪新客户的产品商机； Identify and pursue new customer and product opportunities 3.确定和开发产品商机与公司战略一致； Identify and develop product opportunities consistent with company strategies. 3.确定和保存客户应用的技术文档； Identify and document technical requirements of the customer’s applications. 4.负责产品从最初到最终生产的设计流程 Direct design process from inception through product release for production. 5.确保设计分析和确认流程的完善； Insure that design analysis and validation processes are followed. 6.负责产品原型的建立和测试； Direct construction and testing of product prototypes 7.确保产品开发和发布的时间目标的达成； Insure that product development and launch timing objectives are set and met. 确保产品设计满足应用的需要，并且符合影响其性能、安全和环境的法规要求。 8.Insure that product design is robust enough for the application and insure compliance with all regulations affecting performance, safety, and environment. 9.负责产品和流程价值改进工作 Initiate and implement product and process value improvements 10.建立和操作测试设备，并作出结果分析 Set up and operate testing equipment and be able to analyze results |
