| 人力资源助理职位说明及要求 | |
Job Duties -Contact the applicants for tests/interviews and assist in test administration -Ensure the necessary documents provided by successful candidates are in order and report any discrepancies to Assistant HR Manager for further action -Open new staff files and prepare full set of employment documents -Arrange employment offer and update progress sheet -Input relevant data into HR system and file exit reports -Advise the employees concerned should the medical claims be rejected Requirements -With 1 or 2 years HR experience perfectly in recruitment. -Basic knowledge in human resources policies and local labor legislation. -Knowledge in using various kinds of PC softwares (English and Chinese), e.g. Word, Excel. -Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills. -Able to read and write in simple English. -Numerate and detail conscious. |
