Position: Sales Support Specialist –EFD Report to: Business Development Manager - EFD Location: Shanghai Job Summary Support the Sales & Marketing organization in all administrative aspects with the objective to ensure achievement of sales targets. Job Responsibilities Work with EFD team and Nordson logistics/finance dept. on order entering, shipment tracking, delivery arrangement and money collection for China direct sales. Be charge in EFD China sales hot line to get leads and help BD Managers pass to related distributors or EFD direct sales persons according to EFD China Sales Process Guideline. Provide the whole EFD China team with administration support for business high growth in China in upcoming 3-5 years. Support EFD Sales and Marketing activities in China. Be a bridge between customer and our sales team. Other duties as assigned by top management. Job Requirements Education Bachelor degree or above, major in English is preferred. Work Experience: Over two years’ successful sales assistant or customer service working experience. Working experience in NMC is preferred, be familiar with SAP is a plus. Other Qualifications Good English communication ability and strong computer skills. Easy-going, hardworking, self-motivated, self-discipline, team work spirit and work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal communication, interaction as well as coordination skills. Can work under pressure Customer orientated |
