| RFEngineer（802.11）职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility： 1. Assist the HW Team Leader to propose and choose the technical solutions for the radio part of the product (802.11a/b/g/n standards) 2. Choice and qualification of the antenna system that will be used on the product 3. Schematics capture 4. Qualification of prototypes/HW debug (radio) 5. Follow the progress of the industrialization 6. Write the HW documentation about radio (specifications and Design) Requirement： 1. Good communication skills. 2. English (both spoken and written) a must 3. Electronics or Telecom Engineer degree 4. At least 3 years experience in Radio design 5. Very good knowledge of wireless networks standards (Wifi, 802.11b/g). 6. Good Knowledge of Antenna Design and qualification 7. Knowledge of main telecom standards (ADSL, Ethernet, …) is a plus |
