| Engineering Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for developing and managing the organization‘s budgets， process development and product management etc; 2.Develop the engineering documentation system and select， develop， train and supervise staff; 3.Provide day-to-day leadership for projects and influence attitudes toward people， department， and internal team work in general; 4.Develop， determine and implement Engineering policy， procedures and programs; 5.Lead the process & route utilization， technological upgrading to lower mfg cost; 6.Identify new product / business opportunities consistent with strategic plans and working with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop the opportunity 7.Liaise with other department to ensure that the pilot/engineering build of New Product is probably implemented as per customer’s specs. 8.Key member of TL9000 & ISO 14000 etc implementation. Requirements: 1.Hard working and responsible. 2.Able to be trained as a good team leader. 3.Knowledgeble for enclosure system process & product & equipment. 4.Strong background for Lean Mfg & Six Sigma execution. 5.Good mentality and good working attitude. 6.Self starter and able to train underling. 7.8-10 years relevant working experience.. 8.Sheet metal fabrication， metal structure construction， assembly and system integration experienced. 9.3 years more management experience in relevant position & industry scope. 10.B.Sc Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering 11.Fluent in English ( Written and Speaking ) 12.ISO 9000 or TL9000 QMS trained. 13.Competence in Pro-E， AutoCad， MS Office Tools and MS Project. 14.Good Leadership and able to lead a team of engineers and technicians. 15.Six Sigma， Lean Manufacturing qualification.
