QualityManagerProcessControl职位说明及要求

JD:
1. Oversee tire production processes to sensure continuous quality level.
2. Spervision and performance of investigations and trials for process and product improvement, in cooperation with the QM Products/Process.
3. Initiation and tracing of corrective actions in case quality deviations. Responsible for segregation and blocking of off-standard products and processes.
4. Analysis of quality relevant processes in case of quality dviations, in cooperation with production and PE. Performance and evaluation of sample checks.
5. Preparation of quality records (control charts, trend charts,...). Performance of special evaluations of proudct and process characteristics.

Qualification:
1. Education: Certified Engineer.
2. Vocational Experience: knowledge of tire production processes, EDP (standard software, special PC software). Basic knowledge of statistics.
