| Order Coordination职位说明及要求 | |
Order Coordination Location: Tang Zhen， Shanghai Report to: Mr. Jan Bremer， General Manager， Parts Services Sourcing & Logistics Asia Spare Parts Centre Responsibilities： l Act as key contact person in W?rtsil? 2 stroke Component Support Service， providing commercial， technical and logistical support to the Licensees and to sub-suppliers of Licensees (area / countries defined) l Manage Product Company internal interfaces with Technology， Procurement and Logistics and 2-stroke Service Management l Ensure effective operation of Component Support processes and working instructions / guidelines l Participate in the development and implementation of specific action plans to reach operational targets and procedural (way of working) targets. l Ensure timely and efficient handling of tenders and orders l Monitor outstanding quotations， orders， deliveries and invoices l Ensure effective and responsive trouble shooting l Ensure maintenance of customer file QUALIFICATIONS: l University degree or above in International Trade， commercial background l 3 years practical experiences in order processing in Manufacturing industry l Technical understanding of Engine components is a plus l Good verbal and written English skills l Excellent interpersonal， intercultural and communication skills， reliable and Mature. l SAP experience of advantage |
