Strategic Account Manager职位说明及要求
RESPONSIBILITIES

A.Participates in regular client team meetings as a liaison for ModusLink teams globally

B.Handles day to day inquiries and escalations

C.Connects multiple functions within the regions and solution Centers to the client, providing a single point of account management globally

D.Coordinates and communicates WW updates and metrics

E.Creates, maintains, and improves account financial, customer sat, and performance measurements

F.Responsible for directly managing global account development or re-engineering projects

G.Facilitates the creation and execution of global processes, efficiencies, and consistency by leveraging best practices and knowledge through Solution Centers

H.Drives global cost savings programs across Solution Centers for the client

I.Manages pricing execution globally

J.Manages (dotted-line), coaches and develops Business Managers

K.Manages global IT strategy and development

L.Owns global reporting requirements and methods

M.Facilitates Global QBR process

N.Alignment of expectations between Client and ModusLink

O.Improvement of client profitability and organic growth

P.Alignment of client expectation to operational execution plan with negotiated SLA’s, responsible for Contract and SOW negotiation

Q.Client budget, forecast, revenue, and VAR ownership

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

A.Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience (e.g., Sales or Client Management)

B.Proficient PC skills, including MS Office

C.Ability to manage and lead cross-functional and-cross regional and indirect team members

D.Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as required

E.Demonstrated effectiveness at spanning organization boundaries to resolve internal or ModusLink-client conflicts

F.Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability

G.Ability to work with Solution Centers or clients in multiple regions of the world

H.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a multi-regional or global team

I.Ability to lead a team in the development of account strategy and manage the successful execution of that strategy on a tactical level
