| SeniorPurchasingManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: -Manage products of table game division: foosball, billiard table, table tennis, sport accessories, etc. -Team leader: manage a product development team (approximately 6 people) to reach the timeline, cost, dimensions, quality, packing, and other specification requirements while keeping his assistants’ morale high. -Counterpart Support: aggressively communicate, as the core person, with the counterpart in the home office: product manager, on all products related issues. -Factory management: Periodically visit factories to make sure sample making are right on tracking, solve problems on site, and search for new products from the factories. -Reporting: keep the supervisor informed of the progress of the project, potential problems, headaches, and challenges; solicit help and recourses to solve them. -Cost control: make efforts to keep the price status quo or reach target price with innovative ways on material, structure, etc while meeting acceptable quality level. -Coordination: act as the key contact with any other internal & external departments, such as quality, supply chain & sales/marketing; and -Any others assigned tasks when necessary. Requirements: -Bachelor degree in Industrial/Product Design, English, International Trading, Industrial Engineering, etc. -About six years working experience in toy, sports, home appliances, Arts & crafts or other house ware industries with supervisory roles in a western company -Factory sales/marketing and/or sample making experience is an asset -Strong project management skills & ability to read technical drawing -Excellent communication skills with good written & Spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) |
