| MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * To perform Suppliers assessment, performance, Qualification * Development/implement performance qualification, measurements standard, join assessment with Service Business Unit team to assess suppliers performance in projects, and capability. * Perform measurement benchmark, analysis and initiate improvement plans. REQUIREMENTS: * Total Quality Management experience * 5 years Suppliers Performance management in Telco / IT industires * Strong Project & Process knowledge * Strong Collaboration & internetworking skill * Analytical in quality data and benchmark PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: - Decision Making - Team Player - Strategic Orientation - Skills and outlook towards Process efficiency improvement - Willingness to go the extra mile - Relating and Networking - Openness to share as well as seek information BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION: Service Procurement is part of Global Procurement unit within Operations. Service Procurement is responsible, for establishing professional strategic procurement to optimize cost, quality, logistics and on-time-delivery for regional service materials and services keeping in view Total Cost of Ownership, managing Service Business requirements. |
