ProcessEngineer职位说明及要求

• Daily process technical support and quality problem solving in production, to meet the requirement on product standard/specification, quality and safety.

Key Tasks
• Process engineering and technical support in production, trouble shooting with the application of the right technique/tools, to ensure the product in accordance with the business strategy, standard and specification;
• Process quality control, problem solving if any deviation/error occurs in production;
• Quality inspection in raw material receiving, coordinate with logistics/supplier to make the solution in a professional and immediate way ;
• Updating and development of the production technique, document and tools to keep them applicable and up to date;
• Help with customer complaint handling if necessary;
• Initiate and participate in the new project on the continuous improvement of the quality, productivity and safety;
• Maintain the ISO9000/14000/EHS system, conduct internal audit on a regular basis;
• Process/quality performance reports in related areas.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or other relevant technical background;
• Min. 3 years working experience in manufacturing factory with solid theoretical knowledge and practical skill.
• Ability of English writing and speaking, especially the technical English;
• Computer Skill, SAP experience preferred;
• Familiar with Machining & Assembly process, Maintenance/equipment experience preferred ;
• Lean manufacturing concept and practices, knowledge of ISO9000/14000 is a plus;
• Interpersonal & Communication skill necessary to push/support team effort to facilitate the problem solving and improvement;
• Independent, self-driving, open minded and team working.
