| Quality Management System Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibiliteis: 1.Manage the company’s established product life cycle processes in accordance to defined procedures. 2.Document procedures， generate quality manual and control plans. 3.Set metrics for quality measurement and monitor any deviations from defined targets. 4.Report to project managers and management on any deviations of required processes and procedures in the program or project. 5.Lead activities to continuously improve the design processes under the PLC framework. 6.Provide training. Requirements: 1.Masters/Bachelors Degree in Process or Project Management Engineering or similar discipline. 2.Have 4-5 years of implementation experience in ISO standards or other quality management system such as CMMI in a R&D environment. 3.Have more than 3 years of managerial position in various quality and project management roles. 4.Familiar with project management principles and knowledge of product life cycle processes. 5.Proven record of success in establishing performance metrics. 6.Experienced in writing technical documents. 7.Strong leadership and drive to lead quality management system. 8.Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organization. 9.Fluent in written and spoken English. 10.Self motivated and teamwork spirit.
