| LawSpecialist职位说明及要求 | |
Main Responsibilities: - Work as part of a team and reports to National Operations Director and has frequent contact with all levels of NHT China managers and employees, and will involve negotiations with third parties, customers and partners. - Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice, and developing creative solutions to business. - Preparing, revising, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements in coordination with business contacts in China. - In charge of issues such as regulatory compliance, copyright, trademarks, patents, privacy. - Advising the Company and its business group members on compliance with legal policies and procedures. - Managing and coordinating with outside counsel to meet the transactional needs of the business. - Acting as liaise among Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce, Commerce Department and other government departments. - Some traveling will be required. Qualifications: - Familiar with laws and regulations about foreign invested companies. - Familiar with corporate laws, contract laws and other laws and regulations related to business operations in China. - At least 2+ years of working experience. Familiar with direct selling industry will be a plus. - Able to work independently and possess a proactive attitude with passion for excellent work. - Being serious minded and orderly and ability to gain customers‘trust. - Good communication/interpersonal skill - Fluency in both English and Chinese, and be able to draft in both languages. - Education: Bachelor‘s degree in law. - Active license to practice law. |
