投标工程师（机械）TenderEngineer(Mechancial)职位说明及要求

招聘要求：
1. 机械工程本科
2. 2年工作经验，其中包括1年以上工程或项目投标经验
3. 熟练使用MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD，
4. 良好的沟通和谈判技巧，写作能力强，适应团队工作
5. 工作主动，适应性强，能吃苦耐劳承受工作压力
6. 大学英语6级

工作职责：
1. 在规定的时间内，根据客户要求，负责制作有竞争力的技术投标文件
2. 作为项目承接前与客户沟通的技术人员，回复，记录并归档往来文件
3. 参加投标会议，包括技术澄清会议，开标，合同谈判会议。
4. 与各相关部门（工程，设计，质量，生产，采购）沟通获取相关信息，不断优化、丰富投标方案。
5. 中标后对项目提供技术支持。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 2 years working experience including at least 1 year on construction or project tendering
3. Good command of MS Word, Excel,AutoCAD is a must
4. Team player with good writing, communication and negociation skills
5. Personal flexibility , high work mobility and can work under pressure
6. Good English proficiency in both written and oral，CET level 6.

Responsibility:
1. Draft technical part of tender documents in line with customer requirements within deadline;
2. Liaise with customer in respect of technical issues during tender and file all files and correspondences properly.
3. Attend tender meetings for technical issue clarifications, tender opening, contract negociations, etc
4. Liaise with related departments (engineering, design, QA, purchasing, production) to obtain relevant information for optimizing the tender documents.
5. Support projects in technical after tender is awarded
