Sales Engineer-A.O.-BJ

?POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for PAM product sales bookings， building and managing customer relationships and promotion of company’s image and products.

PAM: Plant Asset Management， including AMS Device Manager， 375 Field Communicator and PlantWeb Service and etc.

?MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop market for PAM.

Generate the sales booking for the responsible products in order to meet the assigned bookings target.

Cultivate， build and maintain relationships with customers.

Provide the company with information on the market and competitions. Generate project lists and forecasts.

Alert the company on threats and opportunity.

Involve or assist major project pursuit

Technical and Commercial negotiation with customers

Complete annual sales target

?SCOPE

The sales Engineer is responsible for achieving the annual assigned targets. He/She will involve in and assist project pursuit， prepare annual sales plan， and travel to customer sites to have sales and technical discussion and negotiation with customers.

Strong interpersonal skills

Outgoing and hardworking personality.

Able to work independently with minimium supervision.

Working knowledge of computer is desired.

Good Instrumentation background with hand-on experience.

?EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE



Education / Training



Degree in Engineering， Instrumentation or other related field.

Experience



Minimum 5 years experience in Instrumentation or DCS in which 2 years should be at sales or marketing.

Good at written & spoken English is preferred
