| 安全管理职位说明及要求 | |
| 该职位工作在温州市苍南县 1、管理工人赔偿要求和相关的统计分析。 Administration of Workers compensation claims and associated statistics (MTI’s & LTI’s). 2、和公司法定顾问对于相关的安全和健康事宜进行联络。 Liaison with Company’s legal advisor regarding health & safety issues 3、协调和管理手上公认的复员事宜。 Co-ordination and management of rehabilitation program for injured workers. 4、协调工厂职业化的健康和安全项目包括委员会和文件 Co-ordinate site occupational health & safety program including committee meetings and documentation. 5、确定质量体系文件要求的工作区域的安全和健康，确保两者之间吻合。 Identify quality system documentation requirements for Workplace Health & Safety and ensure these are met. 6、确保生产线上按照安全规定进行生产。 Ensure operations are being carried out in accordance with the safety policies. 7、为所有员工评估和采购个人的劳防用品的有效性。 Purchase and assess the effectiveness of personal protective equipment for all employees. 8、负责紧急事件反应的计划和流程 Responsibility for Emergency Response Plan and Procedures. 9、理解我们的环境制度和总的环境目标。 Understanding of our Environmental policy， and general environmental objectives. 10、负责坚持和综合环境管理体系相关的具体的流程。 Responsible to adhere to procedures detailed in the Integrated Environmental Management System. 11、参与尊重综合环境管理体系的培训 Participate in training with respect to the Integrated Environmental Management System. 12、汇报环境突发事件和意外事故，以及对此的调查研究和补救方法。 Report environmental accidents and incidents and participate in their investigation and corrective actions. 13、在工作区域监督所有的安全事宜。 Working area audits on safety issues. 14、在适当的基础上逐步完成安全步骤和安全宣传。 Achieve safety walks and safety talks on an appropriate basis. 15、在使用新的设备前火灾对例如冷库、在蓄水池工作、电路板、锅炉或发电机维修时，检查所有安全标准。 Inspection of safety standard when start up new equipments， or when maintenance of critical equipments like refrigerating plant， works inside tanks etc， electrical boards， boiler or generators Report and documentation of incidents and accidents， participate in investigation of these issues， train operators in safety policies and behaviours 16、确保贯彻部门和工厂的风险评估，并提供所需的帮助 Ensure departmental and site risk assessments are carried out and assist as necessary 17、坚持执行公司安全、环境和质量控制方面的规章制度和流程，它包括： Adherence to company polices and procedures resulting from safety， environmental and quality systems. This includes: 理解和依从安全、环境和食品卫生方面的政策和目标。 Understanding and compliance to safety， environmental and food safety polices and objectives 紧急事件反应计划和流程 Emergency response plan and procedures 18、建立、时限、维护、改进和汇报工作区域健康和安全体系的执行情况 Establishing， implementing， maintaining， improving and reporting on the performance of the workplace health and safety system. 19、其他需在规定时间内完成的合理的相关的任务。 Other reasonable and relevant tasks completed as required from time to time. |
