| Team Assistant职位说明及要求 | |
| Job Description: Takes care of travel arrangements and expense claims within a team/department. Takes care of meeting arrangements. Arranges different kinds of internal and external events (e.g. department， customer). Takes care of the posting/checking invoices. Take minutes in different meetings. Gives office & tools related support (movements， access cards， badges， extra office supplies， mobile phones， Secure ID cards， and miscellaneous support. Administrates communication in a team/department: team rooms (ordering， categories， content， updating， access rights， filing) and other team/ department related communication e.g. intranet pages. Shares info on mutual matters e.g. NSN policies， practices & announcements and takes care of guidances， e.g. holiday lists. Gives support in producing presentation materials. Arranges induction for new employees and other secretaries including also a support to manager in giving induction for new team/department member/s. Updates Organization charts (knows the organisation and its strategy). Develops and improves secretarial related tasks e.g. pilots applications which are needed in own work. May have specific project specific assistance tasks be agreed separately. Requirements: Communication and presentation skills; Business understanding; Documenting & reporting skills; Planning， organizing and delivering Quality Results; Good spoken and written Mandarin and English skills. Personal Attributes Good team working abilities and willingess to support team individuals to achieve their business goals. Willing to learn new things and be active in co-operation within own unit as well as in other NSN functions. Friendly and customer oriented mindset required. Business Unit Description: Beijing Factory is part of NSN Manufacturing Operations producing mobile and fixed swithing products as well as radio controller products to NSN customers domestically and abroad. We are unit of 150 people located in Beijing Hepingli. |
